LinkGather - WordPress Plugin



This plugin for WordPress gives you the ability to export the links for all your blogs articles in Excel design.

Get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the link below:

LinkGather Plugin

Once you have installed the plugin, you are ready to start using it.

Guide


A new menu item on the left side of your WordPress admin console will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different options available to you:

Clicking on the Home offering, this will navigate to the plugins home page which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links menu to navigate you to the page that will reveal all of your blog sites published posts’ links. Note that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our demo test site with just a few URL's in it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of check here the link table, you will more info see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URLs you have.

You then also have the ability to download the articles in Excel design.

Page Links


The instructions above is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of showing back published URL, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack Links


The option for JetPack Links is again exactly the same instructions as those above, however, JetPack URLs are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all those JetPack URL's that it has gathered:
